Shipping
We strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders. We use USPS as our primary shipping carrier, but we may use UPS/FedEx at our discretion. If you prefer to use a different carrier, please contact us at info@blackburndrug.com to make arrangements.
We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier, including but not limited to delays due to weather, mechanical failure, or other factors beyond our control.
Return
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We take great care in packing and shipping our products to ensure that they arrive in good condition. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@blackburndrug.com within 5 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us at info@blackburndrug.com within 5 days of receiving your order and we will send you the correct items or missing parts.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@blackburndrug.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order if it has already been shipped.
Refund
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product or accidental orders.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@blackburndrug.com within 5 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
